Breakfast - fruit, colors and imagination 🫐

Ingredients
Start your morning with a healthy and fresh breakfast:
150g plain Greek yogurt
seasonal fruit to taste
(I love strawberries 🍓 blueberries 🫐 and raspberries and they are perfect with yogurt!)
a teaspoon of organic honey 🍯
a handful of oats
some hazelnuts, walnuts and cashews
a sprinkle of chia and poppy seeds
a few mint leaves 🌱
and the Magic is done! ✨
Preparation
I accompany my super cup of yogurt with a glass of orange juice and the inevitable cup of hot barley coffee and toasted almond milk ☕️
but tea is also fine 🍵 if green it is perfect, and for the more seasoned even a super cup of coffee ☕️ to start the day full of enthusiasm.
