Breakfast - fruit, colors and imagination đ«

Ingredients
Start your morning with a healthy and fresh breakfast:
150g plain Greek yogurt
seasonal fruit to taste
(I love strawberries đ blueberries đ« and raspberries and they are perfect with yogurt!)
a teaspoon of organic honey đŻ
a handful of oats
some hazelnuts, walnuts and cashews
a sprinkle of chia and poppy seeds
a few mint leaves đ±
and the Magic is done! âš
Preparation
I accompany my super cup of yogurt with a glass of orange juice and the inevitable cup of hot barley coffee and toasted almond milk âïž
but tea is also fine đ” if green it is perfect, and for the more seasoned even a super cup of coffee âïž to start the day full of enthusiasm.
