The right choice šŸŒ™

ā€œThere are no perfect choices, only truths that belong to us.ā€

How many times have we found ourselves at a crossroads, wondering which is really the right path?

We rely on the opinions of others, we question friends, family, people we respect.

We look for signs, advice, and supports.

Sometimes we even ask the same question in different ways, to multiple people, hoping that someone will tell us exactly what to do.

And yet, even so… even after asking, listening, evaluating, it still happens that you get it wrong.

Because there is no absolute right choice , only the one that resonates with who we are at that moment. With who we are becoming.

I believe it's right to trust, seek out dialogue, find someone who can see us with clear eyes, someone who can help us clear up confusion and support us gently in moments when everything seems out of control.

We need others.
But the choice, the real one… belongs only to us.

The truth is, we always know , deep down.

We know what makes us feel good.

We know which road sends a shiver through our bodies, even if it's scary.

We know how to recognize when a decision is a no that weighs on us or a yes that expands us.

The point is to learn to listen.

Not only with the mind, but with the heart.

And with the body.

Because the body speaks . It vibrates. It contracts or opens.

And it shows us, without the need for words, which direction truly takes us towards our truth.

Sometimes you make mistakes.

But even mistakes are life.

It's experience. It's a journey.

And maybe it's not so much about "making the right choice," but about choosing with authenticity, with presence, with love .

And then live, observe, and learn from what happens.

šŸŒ™

Over the past few months I have found myself having to choose several times.

To leave, to change, to start again.

I was scared.

I asked for advice.

I confronted myself.

I sought comfort.

But the truth is, only I could feel what truly made me feel good.

And at some point… I stopped asking.

I sat in silence, listening.

I closed my eyes.

And I realized I had to trust myself.

Of the deepest part of me that doesn't need reasons, but knows the direction.

Even if it's new.

Even if it makes you tremble.

I don't know if everything will go as I imagine.

But I know I'm honoring my truth.

And that's enough for me today.
